A Beachlands-based drone services company built on professional aviation standards — because the farms and buildings we work on deserve the best.
SkyTech Services Limited was founded with one core belief: if you're going to apply chemicals from the air or clean a building without putting workers at risk, you do it properly — fully certified, fully insured, and fully accountable.
Based in Beachlands, Auckland, we operate across the Auckland metro area, Northland, and Waikato. Our clients range from sheep and beef farmers managing gorse and thistle infestations on difficult terrain, to commercial property managers looking for a safer, faster alternative to scaffolding.
What makes SkyTech different isn't just the technology — it's the standard we hold ourselves to. Every job is planned, documented, and signed off. Every pilot is certified. Every chemical is handled in compliance with the HSNO Act. That's not a marketing line; it's a legal requirement we take seriously.
Two pilots. One standard. Every job done right.
Glen brings a professional aviation background to SkyTech — operating to the same exacting standards in drone operations as in commercial aviation. As Chief Pilot, Glen is responsible for the company's operations manual, safety systems, and regulatory compliance. His aviation expertise means SkyTech's approach to risk management, weather assessment, and operational planning is genuinely aviation-grade.
James is SkyTech's operational pilot — the person on the ground running day-to-day jobs. Trained under SkyTech's CAA-approved training programme and holding his own HSNO certifications, James manages site assessments, client briefings, spray operations, and end-of-job documentation. His hands-on approach and attention to detail means every job is completed safely and professionally.
SkyTech operates the BROUAV U25L-4 — a professional-grade agricultural spray drone capable of carrying up to 25 litres of liquid payload. GPS-guided flight with centimetre-level accuracy ensures precise, repeatable application across every job.
Unlike consumer drones, the U25L-4 is purpose-built for commercial operations — with redundant flight systems, agricultural-grade pumps and nozzles, and the reliability required for chemical application work.
